Free Symmetry training for all new clients
Symmetry Overview
Symmetry Overview provides two hours of free training to all new users. Accessed remotely through an online demonstration, qualified training staff guide new users through Symmetry, explaining key functionality and addressing any questions that arise.
Symmetry Management
For those personnel who require broad knowledge of the management functions within Symmetry.
WebEx Training
Remote, online access to training is easy with WebEx sessions. All that is required is a broadband-connected PC and a phone line. WebEx training is delivered at two levels: Administration staff and Brokers. Simply select the program that suits your needs.
Onsite Training
Held at Stargate’s state-of-the-art training centre in Melbourne, or at a location of your choice across Australia, on site training offers the advantage of face-to-face tuition, complete with hard copy training support documents.
Train the trainer programs
Stargate also offer one-on-one coaching to train designated ‘key users’ within your staff. Nominating a key user is an effective change management tool when implementing new systems. At the conclusion of training, the selected person will be capable of answering frequently asked questions and act as a knowledge resource within your organisation.
