In addition, Stargate Group will add value to any portfolio by:

  • Creating a transition plan for review/ approval by the rating agency to ensure a smooth transition to back-up Servicer or successor Servicer.
  • Regardless of back-up servicing level (hot, warm, cold), loanPACK can perform a monthly review of the assets when data is provided.

By reviewing Servicer data downloads, we will analyze portfolio performance indicators as specified by the originator. These include delinquencies, defaults and net losses or structural characteristics such as concentration levels and eligibility requirements. Tracking these indicators allows us to detect asset trends and report our findings to the associated parties to the transaction. We can also monitor the current Servicer report information against the data provided to ensure reporting accuracy.

  1. Verification Data is a download of specific data fields from the original Servicer’s systems that need to be verified against the Server’s existing reports.
  2. Servicing Data is more detailed than Verification Data and includes some account level data necessary to service the asset portfolio, but less data to fully service the portfolio.
  3. Full Servicing Data includes all data from the original Servicer’s system that is required to service the asset portfolio including all transaction history, collections information, client data and current field status.

 

NB: Due Diligence can be performed in any servicing arrangement but is most commonly performed in either Warm or Hot arrangements on a monthly, semi-annual or annual basis.
