Implementation of services

When Stargate is instructed to commence post-settlement services, some basic setup procedures are required. Once all legal paperwork is completed, it is estimated that approximately two weeks is required to set up new portfolio servicing systems.

Required Steps:

  1. loanPACK will set up a “Communications System” for the originator. This includes the creation of designated telephone, voicemail, fax and email communications. We are also able to create 1300 telephone and fax numbers and customised email accounts : originator@loanpack.com.au
  2. Originator telephone, fax and email to be re-directed to new communications system.
  3. Supplies of company letterhead and envelopes to be supplied to loanPACK for external communication to customers.
  4. Existing ‘settled’ and ‘pre-settled’ loan files to be delivered to loanPACK. This can either be hard copies or scanned copies.
  5. Set up of System Access Authorisations incorporating
    • Internet access codes for lenders websites to access reporting and data files.
    • Access to CRM to enable data file access.
    • Permission for loanPACK to liaise with Lenders on your behalf
  6. Process Mapping and Workflow Management to be agreed by both parties.
