Stargate Technologies have adopted a “security in depth” policy. Stargate control the physical environment with door locks, cameras, security passes for all staff and alarms. Additional layers are employed such as smartcards, password authentications, 128 bit SSL encryption of data and multiple firewalls. To guarantee uninterrupted processing, a diesel generator and multiple ISPs are used. All system data is backed up daily and stored offsite by an external security firm. Finally, Stargate maintains a complete and ready to use disaster recovery site in the unlikely case of major mishap.
How flexible is the reporting?
WorldOriginate’s versatile reporting lets clients create any number of reports to meet business requirements. The reporting module has been built outside of the main architecture so that new reports can be added and batch processing run without disrupting business processing. Clients can even create a new field in the application and build a report to suit.
How long is a typical implementation?
A typical implementation target is 90 – 120 days. With all development performed onsite at Stargate, the lender is not subject to business interruptions. This includes all the required scoping, implementation and testing.
