Symmetry Lite

Symmetry Lite offers two hours of free training to new users. Accessed remotely through an online demonstration, qualified training staff guide new users through Symmetry, explaining key functionality and addressing any questions that arise.

Symmetry Professional

For companies with more than ten users, Stargate Group will host a free half-day training course, anywhere in Australia. Combining set course work with an ‘open forum’ component, attendance based learning fast tracks employees to get the best from Symmetry.

Symmetry Enterprise

For companies with more than thirty users, Stargate Group offer a full day training session anywhere in Australia. Covering a wide range of topics, the full day session is carefully weighted to maximise learning. Complete with supporting documents, this extensive training program will equip staff with the skills to be immediately effective.

WebEx Training
Remote, Online access to training is a cinch with WebEx sessions. All that is required is a broadband connected PC and a phone. Held every three weeks, WebEx training is pitched at two groups, Administration staff and Brokers. Simply select the program that suits.

Onsite Training
Held at Stargate’s state-of-the-art training centre in Melbourne, or at a location of your choice right across Australia, on site training offers the advantage of face-to-face tuition, complete with hard copy training support documents.

Customised training courses
Need something specific to your business needs? If there are particular areas you would like training to cover, Stargate can work with you to ensure that the curriculum matches your requirements.
