To ensure that borrowers receive the best possible service and care, Stargates’ Portfolio Servicing obligations are:
- To ensure borrowers meet their legal obligations in relation to their mortgage,
- To ensure that borrowers meet their ongoing payments on the due date,
- To liaise with borrowers for the life of the loan,
- To attend to any query, problem or issue relating to a loan,
- To ensure that the borrowers are satisfied with their mortgage,
- To notify borrowers of any changes to the terms and conditions of their mortgage (i.e.: interest rates, product modifications, legal responsibilities, etc.)
- To ensure that loans are in compliance with appropriate state and federal legislative requirements, such as the U.C.C.C. or Credit Act.
- To ensure that a borrower’s satisfaction level with your company is of the highest level.
- To adhere to any directions from your company or the Lender in the course of dealing with these loans.
- To uphold the reputation of any party to the transaction (ie : Lender, Trustees, or the Originator).
